Most sessions feature 4 games and last around 5 minutes. You'll be recommended schedules that Brained Up thinks will best benefit your brain, but you are always free to make your own choice.

This all-round brain training programme is designed to provide general mental improvement, working on all areas. With a wide mix of observation, memory and reasoning games, as well as numeric and focus-based tasks, it's a great follow-up to your introductory course.

Improving your concentration is the aim of this schedule, with a greater emphasis on games which require you to really focus your attention on your brain training activity. There is a wide mix of types of exercise, including some trickier memory games.

If you'd like to work on improving your memory then this is a good schedule to choose. It features a range of memory-based games, including brain-building exercises where you must remember not only what you just saw but also what you saw a stage before that!

This schedule has an emphasis on number-based training so every day you'll have two mathematical tasks, such as arithmetical, counting or sorting tasks. A mix of other games is also included, to ensure a good range of variety your brain.

This course can help your brain learn to better visualize across a range of contexts, such as map reading or even more accurately visualizing upcoming road hazards. You'll get plenty of practice manipulating objects using just your brain.

For those in a rush, this training schedule features just three games a day so you can complete it even if you have almost no time to spare - and you can spread out the games across the day, if you wish. It's still challenging and varied, however!
